Welcome to North Star Essence. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services, including the purchase of products and the booking of retreats. By accessing our site or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. General Website Use
- All content, imagery, and materials on this website are the property of North Star Essence and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
- You agree not to misuse our website by attempting to interfere with its operation or by using our content for unauthorised commercial purposes.
- We reserve the right to update or withdraw this website (or any part of it) without notice.
2. Retreat Bookings
Deposits & Payments
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
- Flexible payment plans may be arranged upon request; please contact us directly to discuss options.
- Payment is accepted via Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Cancellation Policy
- 30+ days before retreat start date: 100% deposit refund
- 15–29 days before retreat start date: 50% deposit refund
- 0–14 days before retreat start date: no deposit refund
Please refer to your booking summary email for deposit and balance amounts.
Responsibility & Liability
- Participation in retreats is a personal decision. Guests are responsible for ensuring they are fit to take part in activities.
- North Star Essence accepts no liability for injuries, losses, or damages incurred during travel or participation.
- Comprehensive travel and health insurance is strongly recommended.
3. Physical Product Purchases
Orders & Payments
- All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Payment must be received in full before dispatch.
Shipping
- Orders are fulfilled from our hubs in Indonesia, Australia, the United Kingdom, and Singapore.
- Delivery times vary depending on destination; timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only.
- While every effort is made to ensure prompt delivery, North Star Essence is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or external events.
Returns & Refunds
At North Star Essence, we believe in the enduring quality and thoughtful design of our collections. Each product is created with intention to complement your lifestyle with elegance and ease.
In the rare instance that a piece does not meet your expectations, we are here to help.
- Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unused condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Once the return has been received and approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method or arrange an exchange, as you prefer.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
